An ephemeral collage style was developed to incorporate the unique textiles and pattern of the region.

Eclectic food collages use archival patterns from the region to bring texture & colour to silhouettes of foods (inspired by dishes). Humbly hand cut, they’re reminiscent of the recipe scrapbooks passed down to Chef Khoo by his Grandmother.

The logo mark is delivered via a bespoke ‘chop’ (used as a seal of quality or authenticity in Asian culture) with an ’S’ curve which mimics the body of water from which the restaurant takes its name.
