From his kitchen in Coworth Park, Adam Smith conjures exquisite dishes. Inspired by childhood memories and personal experiences, he weaves together unexpected ingredients, textures and flavours to reimagine classics from the British cookbook~. We were commissioned by the Dorchester Collection to help elevate the dining experience, and establish the hotel restaurant as a dining destination in its own right.

Our new brand amplifies the artistry of Adam’s kitchen, in a layered identity that reveals itself slowly through the dining experience. From sculptural signage that collides materials, to expressive ingredient collages on the menus and evocative storytelling at the table.
